AfriShopa delivers across the United Kingdom (Mainland England, Wales and Scotland (excluding Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands)).
Deliveries are scheduled based on the time and date the customer places the order.
Standard delivery times are between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Tuesday and Friday. Twice a week.
Cut-off time for Tuesday deliveries is Sunday at 6:00 AM, and for Friday deliveries is Wednesday at 6:00 AM.
Home Presence: Customers must be available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery time to receive their parcels.
Alternative Safe Place: If you cannot be home, you must provide an alternative safe place for the parcel to be left. This location must be specified in the delivery instructions at the time of placing the order.
Failure to Receive: If no one is available to receive the parcel and no safe place is specified, the delivery will be considered unsuccessful. The customer will be responsible for any additional delivery attempts.

delivery schedule. This includes, but is not limited to, rescheduling fees and additional delivery charges.

the app or by calling our helpline.
In the unlikely event of a delivery issue, such as damaged goods or incomplete orders, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly. .
